Krishna Bhatt is considered one of the top sitarists of this generation, performing in the style passed down by Pandit Nikhil Banerjee, Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, and Pandit Ravi Shankar; Anindo Chattejee is acknowledged as among the great tabla maestros of India. Together, they inspire each other into flights of imagination, melodic poetry and rhythmic improvisation.
