Event description: A show for Jewish families of all shapes and sizes, but perfect for children grades K-6, "The Flying Latke" was adapted by Caldecott Award-winner Arthur Yorinks from his own classic children's book.

Danny Silverstein and his "meshugge" family are celebrating the first night of Chanukah when a food fight erupts and sends a latke sailing out the window and down the Turnpike. The resulting UFO frenzy traps the Silversteins in their home for eight days. Will the fighting family make peace? And where will the flying latke land?

Directed by Tom Costello, Benjamin Kamine, Kristan Seemel, and Danya Taymor. Featuring Yoni Ben-Yehuda, Arturo Castro, Morgan Everitt, Eric Folks, Kana Hatakeyama, Tedra Millan, Sade Namei, Rob Rodems, and Joann Sacco. Lights by Brandon Stock. Costumes by Madeleine Allen.
