FREE Admission to the grounds is free until 12pm

Event description: Join visiting native New Orleans artist and instructor Paul Deo to make a colorful parasol, hat, nature mask, or funky bead necklace. Then join an imaginative indoor parade to create the sights, colors, and sounds of the Mardi Gras.
