Wave Hill House reopens to visitors this festive weekend, after a two-year renovation of this historic mansion. Built as a country home, Wave Hill House has a distinguished history that aligns closely with the garden's mission of helping people connect with the world of nature. Help celebrate the occasion with free activities for all ages, all weekend. Enjoy house tours, plein-air wellness, music, a collaborative quilting project, and an especially welcoming Family Art Project as it returns to Wave Hill House's Kerlin Learning Center. Naturally, you'll want to include the stunningly restored Cafe in your visit. In honor of the occasion, admission to the grounds is free all weekend, thanks to the generous support of Target. Call or visit the website for full schedule.
Address: West 249th Street and Independence Avenue Bronx, NY 10471
