Description: Celebrate the flavors of fall at this special brunch, presented by longtime Wave Hill partner and culinary operator Great Performances, New York City's premier catering and events company. Brunch will be served beginning at 11am - with three seatings - and will include a beautiful spread of classic brunch preparations inspired by Great Performances CEO Liz Neumark's cookbook, "Sylvia's Table." This deliciously unique family cookbook is filled with favorite dishes from Liz and contributions from a variety of culinary experts such as Chef Michael Romano, and Food & Wine editor, Dana Cowin. Options range from Brioche French Toast and Butternut Squash Bread Pudding to Vegan Lentil Fall Stew and Shakshuka, a Middle Eastern egg-based delicacy made with peppers, chard, jalapeno, paprika, and cumin.
