Learn something new with the Westchester Children's Museum in their weekly science-based "drop-in" program designed for children ages 2-5, made even more exciting with simple experiments and craft projects! This summer, we the museum is taking full advantage of their wonderful location. Educators will bring out water tables with toys, shells and small toy water animals. Dig for "treasures" and enjoy water play. When the children come into the classroom they will sing a new song, play a movement game, and hear the story "On the Edge of the Sea" by Betty Paraskeras. Pretend to be water animals. Can you guess what I am? Everyone will be able to create a special craft to take home that will remind them of their trip to the shore! Everyone join in the outdoor fun! Sign ups begin when the Museum opens at 10am and are limited to the first 12 children on a first come, first serve basis.
