Paper Quilling is an art form that involves the use of paper strips that are rolled shaped and glued together to create decorative designs. A skilled artisan will demonstrate this artistic craft. Rug Hooking is both an art and craft where rugs are made by pulling yarn or fabric through a stiff woven base using a crochet- type hook. Known as a craft of poverty because of the use of left over fabric scraps it has now become a fine art.
