Wolf Conservation Center

Learn about the mythology, biology, and ecology of wolf families. Whether living on the Arctic tundra or the high desert of the southwest, wolf families are out searching for prey as their pups prepare for their first winter season. Guests will visit the Center's wolves. Don't forget a camera. Pre-registration required. December 1, 8, 15, 16, 26, and 30 at 11am; December 27 and 28 at 2pm.

The Wolf Conservation Center (WCC), founded in 1999 by Hélène Grimaud, is a private, not-for-profit environmental education organization located in South Salem, NY.
The WCC’s mission is to promote wolf conservation by teaching about wolves, their relationship to the environment, and the human role in protecting their future. The WCC accomplishes this mission through onsite and offsite education programs emphasizing wolf biology, the ecological benefits of wolves and other large predators, and the current status of wolf recovery in the United States.
