Enjoy conscious movement, relaxation, and a chorus of howls at the Wolf Conservation Center's newest program - Yoga with Wolves! Danielle Rosati is a certified yoga instructor who grew up locally and currently teaches in northern Westchester and New York City. Her classes at the WCC are open to students of all levels, yoga backgrounds, and ages. The Hatha yoga sessions focus on alignment and form to ultimately create a more spacious body and calm mind. Danielle strongly believes that yoga can be accessible to everyone, especially those who think they are too inflexible, cheerfully exclaiming, "that's why you come to yoga!" The one-hour yoga session will be followed by 30 minutes of optional restoration/relaxation and while viewing WCC's Ambassador wolves. Yoga mats will NOT be provided, please bring your own. Bring towels and water too. Pre-registration is required. Information and registration are available at nywolf.org.
