On the Go Fitness offers a unique fundraising opportunity to support health and wellness initiatives in your school. Our one of a kind Afterschool Fitness program is beneficial to all students. Activities will sharpen basic skills of jumping, throwing, kicking and catching, as well as endurance, core strength, flexibility and balance. This is achieved through various forms of speed and agility drills, strength and plyometric exercises as well as fun and exciting games. The program aims to build self-confidence and student wellness.
